2 More Days, April 22, 2011
Spent the day resting (a little) and preparing for the challenge. Road 35 miles on Newport Beach and Highway #1/ Pacific Coast Highway. What a beautiful place. Met a few of my fellow riders. Got my bike checked out by Mike (the tour leader). It passed inspection and was declared ready to go! While riding on Newport Beach I asked someone to take this pic for all of my fans back home!!

Great picture. Looks a little like the soccer field that Jack played on today. It had about 5 inches of water over most of the field. If only we didn't need our winter coats we could pretend we were in sunny California with you!! He did score one goal (with his left foot)! We managed to find our way to and from Clio without you to navigate or drive! Another adventure.
