Jay On The Bike: Pedaling Across America

For years I have dreamed of riding my bike across America and decided, "If not now, when?" On April 24th I will depart from CA and arrive in MA on May 26th. In 33 days I will ride 3,457 miles, averaging 115 miles per day. This will be a challenging ride, and I am motivated by the courage demonstrated by Special Olympic athletes. Spring is Just Around The Corner - Time to Ride!!

The weather is beginning to improve. Today (March 16th) I decided it was time to get out on the road. It felt great to be on the saddle again! The fund raising is coming along nicely.
